How to decrypt MSM file?

In short, there are msm files - they are used in the Just Dance game, as a file in which the coordinates of the phone's position are registered, like this:

(Only everything is encrypted there, like this:

"@[email protected]~AQЊSA>АҐАВТ?НЭіAW!їmlyuАъ[email protected]”@nѕ[email protected]€ИМ"

But these are just my guesses, although the file should look exactly like this, because the game somehow reads it. Is there any program to read msm file and decrypt/change it? Here is an example of msm files (there is a zip-archive): here
is one well-known person in the community who asked about this.
I downloaded this MSI Factory, but something I didn’t understand how to open the msm file .. I’ll try again later.
Do you know any other decryption programs? Can you suggest? Thanks
