How to decrypt lua file?

I have a file with the extension .lua (not .luac!). I open it and get such a wonderful porridge. Can this be fixed somehow? Decompilers there or something else.

The utility for opening lua scripts version 5.1 helped. There is a full description of how to work with it and a download link:
