How to decode hex strings?

Cyrillic text in the file contains HEX strings . How to quickly decrypt them? The encrypted text is in Latin.

Select the HEX line and select menu Plugins >> Converter >> HEX -> ASCII

And HEX was to forget what they did not know. ;)
So Cyrillic or Latin with HEX-encryption?
