How to decode encrypted code?

It looks like my opencart store was hacked or there was some kind of backdoor in one of the modules. Hidden scripts appeared in some folders like this:
codeshare.io/i3ykn
No online decoder can cope. I saw that on the Toaster they already helped some with this task. Connoisseurs - help decode this thing and understand what it actually does.
