How to declare a 16 byte binary number in assembler?

The task costs - to divide 16-byte on 8-byte numbers. (not bit, just byte)
And how can I set these numbers?
There is a dq directive for declaring an 8-byte one. But for the 16-byte directive, there is none. What do you advise?
