How to decide on a template: html5 + jQuery, React or Vue?

Good afternoon!
I need to make a dashboard/task manager application, for this I want to purchase a ready-made template, but I have doubts about which version of the template to choose?
To make it clear, let's take a template from ArchitectUI
. It has the following versions:

• React
  
• Angular
  
• vue
  
• HTML5
  

I am not familiar with the above libraries (HTML5 does not count), so if you choose, for example, the React / Angular / Vue version, what difficulties can you encounter? Will you have to delve into the library base in any case?
Is it true that the HTML5 version is poorer than the rest?
Criterias of choice:

• Application speed
  
• Low threshold of entry into the study of the library
