How to debug layout for mobile Safari without poppy and virtual machine?

Maybe someone will tell you:
there is only a computer with win8, it was not possible to install makos under a virtual machine, I have already tried a few.
At the same time, when I look at the layout on an iPhone, I get problems that were not in Chrome emulation at the same resolution.
Any advice?
