How to deal with wp_footer() in WordPress?

There is a website: http://27shk.rf/
At the very bottom of the page there is a link to the hosting provider, I need to remove it. I contacted support, where they told me that this can be done via wp_footer(). I studied the documentation, but did not find a way to remove the link. I understand this is a hook to wp_footer().
Actually a question: where this link can be registered? And what are the ways to remove it?

go to the editor in the console. there find footer.php and delete the required line
