How to deal with the size of the application interface layout?

I welcome everyone! I work in Adobe XD on Windows. It's such a thing that I created the application interface and now I'm wondering how to figure out how to adapt it to all other mobile gadgets. At the moment, I did the work by taking the standard Adobe XD Android 360x640 template. tested on Xiaomi Mi A1 and Iphone se. With a diagonal of 5.5 full hd, there were no problems, but in se it floats in places, that is, which indents are strong and centralization disappears.
In this case, what are the general algorithms of work? What dimensions need to be done to transfer to the developer?

Adobe XD does not know how to work with a grid, stretch and nail objects to dependencies.
But there is a way out, Adobe has recently rolled out support for plugins, it remains only to wait.
