How to deal with such error only in IE?

Guys help out, the problem got out that when the message is displayed, a scroll appears, the problem is only in Ishak. As I understand it, the problem is because of the border, because if you remove it, the scroll also disappears. What options are there?
PS. Sorry for maybe a dumb question, but can I remove this border only in IE? Just wondering, because most likely this option will not work.
