How to deal with slow-reading hdd sectors?

There is a screw, 2.5 sata After checking, there are a lot of sectors that are slowly read. Writing and reading from them occurs, but slowly (> 500ms). The controller doesn't count them as bad blocks, so it keeps them alive.
How can you mark these sectors as occupied?
Or what software can cut off such sectors from access?

Look for victoria, you can put in it so that sectors that are read longer than xx can be changed as bad.
ps If there are bads on the screw, it is better to throw it away and not suffer. It’s not worth storing anything important on it, and unimportant things are now usually faster to download from the Internet.
