If the amounts were large enough, then write a statement to the police on the fact of fraud, write to the hoster, if the hoster does not help, write to Upstream, but better immediately to LIR. If you paid via WM, write to vm, though I really doubt they will help in any way.

Which were naturally deleted for spam and offtopic. Yes, what is there, almost all of his records were bronze. And not at all because everyone loved and respected him wildly, but because he used twinkies and exploits,
