Hello. I have Open Server 5.2.2 and the

win10 64bit operating system has been giving this error for a long time. I tried to set the port to 8080 instead of 80, but the server silently does not start. Apparently here it is necessary to delve into Windows, but where exactly (to free this port) I can’t understand. Tell me please. Or some free alternative to Open Server.
PS At first everything worked, I used it to the fullest, but something seems to have changed with the updates of Windows, so it went somewhere in the wrong place
