How to deal with bad hosting support?

Hello. How to deal with bad hosting support? More than a month of problems with packet loss, and the answer from them: "Problems in the routes of your provider." The funny thing is that when I gave them a trace from 3 different regions and servers with the same results, where it is clearly visible that the hosting is to blame, they do not respond at all.
n.s. 20-30% loss regularly to one of the IP addresses. I have several. Resource costs are minimal. Losses even with all services disabled. How can this be understood at all? They don't care about their customers, do they?

They didn’t try to change hosting, they say it helps, voting with a wallet is the most effective method in any service that has alternatives.

It is not so easy to take and change hosting for me.

Good hosters will transfer your site themselves, and for free)

We lack such a payment system as PayPal. Roll back all payments for 120 days and immediately begin to stir and solutions to all problems will quickly be found.

The most effective influence on hosters is to vote with the ruble and feet.
If no one was hosted by bad hosting providers, they would not exist at all =)

A small hoster will not be able to solve the problem with the route. So just leave
