How to deal with an unscrupulous provider?
Hello, the question is the following.
The provider almost completely blocks outgoing traffic, which makes it almost impossible to use the Internet, most sites are inaccessible, only popular services such as vk, youtube, mail (other mail.ru sites do not work), google search engine, etc. work correctly.
The problem started about 10 days ago, a few days later I decided to call those. provider support and find out what the problem is, they couldn’t answer me clearly, they said that everything is working fine and correctly, they say the problem is on my part and they can’t help with anything. I mainly use the Internet via wi-fi, I thought maybe the problem was in it or the router, I connected directly without a router and from several PCs with different OS - the problem remained. Various internet speed test sites show that there is no outgoing traffic.
Of course, the only right decision would be to run away from such a provider, but in the place where I currently live there is simply no alternative, from which I have to use what I have.
I also tried to connect through various VPNs, but they simply did not connect.
Perhaps someone has come across a similar one, how can you resolve this issue "peacefully" with your provider and correctly formulate the question to him?
PS - I understand that the Toaster is intended for a little other issues, but there are many competent people associated with the IT sphere here, and I count on their help.
PS [2] - I also managed to create a topic on the Toaster with great difficulty, after clicking on "publish a question" in the browser console, error 103 popped up.

And if you try to connect via mobile Internet? Check, I had the same situation, but it was still the fault of the provider and the software on my computer
Question - provider Rostelecom? where is central Russia or beyond the Urals?
If so, I could not win, I use openvpn on port 443. So slower, but at least everything works))
Directly by cable into the computer and test iperf3 speed of 10 threads, Wi-Fi floor asymmetry is in the order of things
No way.
Especially with a monopolist. Only 3G. If this is a small-town undersupply, then most likely he saves himself in order to earn something (I worked in such a place - everything was there - including a secretly installed transparent proxy)
If it's the other way around, someone like Rostelecom - to play support ...
