How to deal with Allowed memory size error?

There are a lot of records in the database, I tried to do pagination, but it does not help. I get the error Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 9306617 bytes). The site is located on a virtual hosting.
This page is an archive where all closed orders are stored.
It only worked for me in this case, when I wrote it to the dataProvider
$query->andWhere(['action' => 0])->limit(50);
. I wanted to know how to display all the records, but not get such an error, maybe someone knows?

You can make a request via Yii::$app->db->createCommand(). Most likely ActiveRecord can't cope with unloading such amount of data.
