How to deal with aggressive caching in Opera mobile?

I'm testing Javascript on mobile opera (Android 4.4, Opera Mobile 48)
In html I specified
< meta http-equiv="Cache-Control" content="no-cache">
But the browser ignores it. The only thing that saves is adding a random value to the resource url.
Are there other ways to tell the browser not to cache anything?
