How to deactivate QLineEdit on mouse hover?

How can I make it so that when I hover over a QLineEdit with the mouse, it becomes inactive? Tried to do it with mouseMoveEvent. But there you need to press and hold first, and then point. Is it possible to make mouseMoveEvent not on click work?
