How to cut video without compression?

There are all kinds of footage from the d800 and Sony NEX cameras (.mov and .mts) I want to upload to drains, but cut off the "garbage" ends where the camera shakes, etc. Is there a way to do this without squeezing?

is a free splitter, joiner, converter, however, when joining files of the same format, there is a noticeable breakthrough in audio. saves without decoding by default
