If we are talking about cropping a screenshot, then this means highlighting an area and cropping it. And when about cropping a video, they mean trimming by time.

Here I need cropping like with screenshots, but only for video. Are there online editors for this? I'm sure that this is possible in professional programs, but are there any online services for this?
