How to cut a drawn image into several isometric tiles along a grid?

How can one of these objects be cut into several small ones.

Let's say it is divided into 4 parts and save them exactly in one file as a tileset.

Where and how is the best way to do this in the easiest way?

1. Place the entire object in several tiles: the main one - at the bottom, add for high-rise buildings on the tile - a "rhombus" on the left, right, top of the same size as the original tile.
2. Cut the resulting "rhombus" into the desired number of smaller "rhombuses".
