How to customize vim for python development?

So I got to the point that I decided to switch to vim as the main ide. It's not that I don't like sublim, but vim is really handy and has more options for extensibility.
In this connection, the question is: what plugins can you advise me (navigation, autocomplete, pylint, git ... yes, whatever!), from those that you yourself have tried? Well, I'll be glad to advice)
