So I switched to VS Code, I'm getting used to the editor, I'm adjusting it a bit, and now I have 3 questions.

1. Where or how to customize Emmet a little for yourself? Here for example

... ну и вообще, некоторые момент под себя хочу написать...

2. How to remove this strip, what topic I won’t put, it is everywhere, FUCKING? ( This question is a priority )
3. How can I turn off these tips or what to call it?
