1. Unable to customize javascript documentation hints that pop up when CTRL+Q is clicked.
For some reason, they were not initially installed, but jetbrains did not understand the manuals. They give links to repositories there, but there are files in a different format and form than the documentation uploaded in the storm.
Now some empty and miserable hints are loaded from the folder \plugins\JavaScriptLanguage\lib\JavaScriptLanguage.jar!\com\intellij\lang\javascript\index\predefined\DOMCore.js
Advise good documentation, with links to the web, and how to install.
2. you can also advise some Russian variants of bases or just English good ones for jquery

1. What version are we talking about? In 2017.3, documentation for JavaScript is taken from MDN if found locally.
