How to customize CSScomb in Sublime Text 2?

Hello.
Installed the CSScomb plugin in Sublime Text 2. Everything is working.
But you need to customize the sorting type. The CSScomb site has a service for creating a configuration file, but it's not clear where to write these configurations in Sublime Text 2.

Copy the config from here ↓ and save it as .csscomb.json in your project's dir

Save as .csscomb.json in your project folder.
If you want to install globally, you can specify it in the package settings.
In the window menu, select:
Preferences > Package Settings > CSSComb > Settings - Default
copy the contents to
Preferences > Package Settings > CSSComb > Settings - User
and already there you change what you need (data in JSON)
PS I have Sublime Text 3, because the items menus may vary slightly
