How to customize a form in bitrix?

Do I understand correctly that

$APPLICATION->IncludeComponent("bitrix:form.result.new", "", $arParams, $component);

in place of "" you can specify your template?
If yes, how is it done correctly? namespace: the name of the component, or just the name of its component?
And one more thing: if I specify in the component properties that my component template (where I previously copied and customized it), then in place of "" above and should a line with the name appear?
