Manul is no longer relevant, unfortunately, Yandex has stopped supporting it. Aibolit will help to cure the code itself, but it may not find a hole in the site through which you were infected with a redirect.
You can find sql injections using detectify.com/metascan.ru/sqlmap, then you need to eliminate them in the code itself, otherwise hackers will inject you again :)
