How to cure second level domain redirection in PC browsers?

There is a site.ru.com domain if you enter it in any browser on a PC, then there is a redirect to ru.com
Where to dig? Openserver, Dr.web, Adguard and standard

After entering these commands and also enabling the telnet client in windows components, everything worked
ping site.ru.com -n 10
tracert site.ru.com
nslookup -type=a site.ru.com 8.8.8.8
nslookup -type=a site .ru.com
telnet site.ru.com 80

I suppose that it was possible to simply clean the DNS cache ... ipconfig /flushdns
