Good afternoon. This is my first time with SVG shapes. You need to make just such a figure in which there will be a person

But when in Photoshop select Copy SVG the entire shape is inserted, when I move it to the right, the width of the site just increases. The question is how to cut it from the bottom and right? And also the question is whether there will be problems later to insert a person there and in general am I doing the right thing?)
