How to create your own programming language?

In general, our grandmother-methodist does not know how to spell Java and wrote Jawa in the diploma supplement, now, in order for my diploma to be adequate, I need to create my own programming language.

Take any programming language, write a compiler in it, which should be able to work with some code that you call JAWA)
