How to create your own iso file with preinstalled programs?

Good afternoon, I ask for help, with what utility can I create my iso file with cassandra & spark preinstalled in it, and plus, at the last stage of the installation, I need to make changes to the configuration files of these programs.
How can this be done simply and quickly under unix?

The answer depends a lot on how it will be used. If it's a boozy CD, that's one thing; if the CD is mounted into a running operating system, it's a little different.
