I learned how to stretch the layout using custom fields.

1. I would like to know if this method is correct.
2. What are the ways to create topics and what is the right way, the best?
3. What is the best way to create custom themes?

I know about page builders, but I don't want to get involved with them, it's easier for me to lay out and pull.

If the theme is for sale, then read the rules on themeforest.
