How to create tabs through Material Components?

Google has examples of layout of tabs using Material Web Components - https://material-components.github.io/material-com... but only the layout of the tabs themselves (headers) is given there, but here is how it is layout and interaction with tab (header) and tab content? How to match a tab and its content?
