How to create such a table in axlsx_rails?

I use the axlsx_rails gem to generate xlsx.
Digging in the docks.
I can't create such a table.

How can you create such a table in code?
It doesn't matter these characters and bold texts, it's the layout of the columns that worries me.

axlsx_rails can't do that - look at the gem code. If you want something like this, then you should pick roo-xls
