How to create links to folders in Windows that are not related to Explorer?

5b8239624ed48945920529.png
At hand, I need to have very quick access to some folders on the disk through the standard explorer, immediately from the bottom panel, but if I try to pin them to the taskbar, they are grouped with the usual explorer even if I set the setting "do not group items in the taskbar"
Heard that there are some hard links, or soft links, etc., I don't know what they are, but can they help somehow?

The question is worded very vaguely, but if my interpretation is correct and you need to be able to open a window with the contents of a folder by clicking on a shortcut on the taskbar, then you can do this as follows:
- create a shortcut on the desktop (right click, New -> Shortcut)
- in the Location field, type explorer.exe
in - in the Name field - enter the desired name (not the path to the folder)
- after the shortcut is created, right-click on it again and select Properties from the menu
- on the Shortcut tab, edit the Target field , where you have explorer.exeit so that it turns out explorer.exe c:\ass\hole, where c:\ass\holeis the full path to your folder. You can even add your own icon to the shortcut.
Naturally, such a shortcut can be moved to the taskbar or left on the desktop.

To do this, there is a jumplist in Windows - move the park to the explorer icon and then right-click on it and select from the list

You can also add it to favorites in the explorer itself (top left when it is in structure display mode)
