I had one project idea and I don't know what to read from books, articles or look on YouTube to implement it.

Briefly about its essence. This will be a bot that will have to issue an analysis of the data received via the API in response, and I want it to form this analysis in the form of natural text that will be understandable to everyone. In addition to being understandable, I also want it to be different, i.e. so that one user comes to the example "It's cloudy in Moscow today. +6 ° C", and the other "Today the sky of Moscow will be covered with clouds. The air temperature is +6 ° C".

I thought about making templates for parts of sentences and substituting them for suitable data, but I don’t know how true this will be.
