How to create ftp server kotlin to download files?

Welcome all!
I am new to kotlin, decided to create an ftp server for android.
This server must have full access to the memory of the android device so that I can move around the device directory without obstacles and download files from it via a PC. How can I implement this? I would be very grateful for any of your help :)
