How to create db mysql user in Azure application?
Good morning! Deployed a web application in microsoft azure enabled "MySQL in application". I can connect to phpmyadmin, but I can't create a new user. At the moment there are 2 MySQL users: root and azure do not have a password from either, but when you go to phpmyadmin, you can log in under azure there. The azure user in phpmyadmin, as I understand it, does not have enough rights to create a user. Who faced such problem? And how to decide? Maybe I don't understand something?
