How to create custom price types in Bitrix (small business)?

The problem is that I have a purchase price and a base price, the products have a base price, but the base price is set so that only admins can see it, but I need everyone to see it.
"Shop > Settings > Prices > Price Types" Prices are set up along this path, where you can set who can view prices and who can't. I get this error: "This functionality is not included in your edition of the product." due to the fact that the editors are "small business". The question is how easy it is to at least set the price so that everyone can see the base (price).
