How to create covers (posters) from an average frame for multiple videos?

There is a folder with 100 videos in .mp4 (H264, 852x480). How to create a cover for each of them by the middle frame in .jpg (730x360)? Any method is suitable for Windows. Maybe there is some kind of utility?

There is a utility: ffmpeg
You will need to specify the exact time at which to take a screenshot, in the example it is 15 seconds, the parameter -ss("seek start")
For hundreds of files, you will have to write some kind of script / batch file. I can't help here, I'm more into OS X/Linux.
