Actually, how to create audio streaming, roughly speaking online radio.
There is a room admin who broadcasts, and there are clients of this room, everything seems to be clear and simple, but I did not find a suitable tool.
The main criterion is that everything should work only from the site, that is, for broadcasting, you do not need to download additional software for broadcasting.
Roughly speaking, I pressed the "BROADCAST" button, and the clients of the room already hear you.

For broadcasting, the server is icecast, ffmpeg, libav, vlc, which relays the stream to the site.
On the site, swf player is embedded in the page.
When you press the button, there is an audio-video broadcast, either on-line or from the beginning.
You may still have to put nginx forward to balance and proxy the broadcast.
