Friends, for a training project, I need to create augmented reality in Unity3d and package it as an iOS application for the iPad, tell me how to do it. I will be very grateful!

There is ready-made free technology. Vuforia Smart Terrain. You need any 3D editor (if you need to determine targets by shape), or there is an alternative Image Target (recognition by image). Unity3D, of course, for development. X-code to build the application.
The question is not entirely about Unity, because. the main problem will be image recognition - and this is a separate huge area (read about OpenCV, OCR).
As for Unity, as I understand it, you will have a limited set of 3d objects - accordingly, first you will have to create them (any 3d editor), transfer them to Unity (in the form of prefabs) and display one or another prefab depending on the recognized marker.
