How to create and group product attributes in ACF Pro + Woocommerce?

I want to make a catalog of various technics and I'm a bit stuck.

Here's a great example that I'm targeting: ritchiespecs.com/model/jcb-413s-ht-hl-wheel-loader Vehicle
models on this site have stats grouped into categories, and each category has its own sub-group with stats inside. In addition, each characteristic has a separate value and unit of measurement.

Actually, there are several questions:

1. Is it possible to do this with ACF Pro and Woocommerce? Those. create groups and subgroups of attributes for products?
   
2. How can you implement adding units of measurement to each characteristic?
   
3. How can I create an import file for this to get the correct hierarchy of groups, subgroups and characteristics?
   
4. I don't know the exact number of groups, subgroups and characteristics, would it be possible to automatically create such terms in ACF Pro using the WP All Import plugin?
