in html code? html - is not a programming language, it is a hypertext markup language, roughly speaking, it tells what will be where. css tells how it should look, and for logic, especially for an online store, you need to know at least 1 programming language.
The option is simple - take a ready-made store CMS
The option is more difficult - take the framework to write the store CMS on it
Option for masochists - write everything

PHP + Database for backend.
HTML + CSS + JS to arrange the whole thing and make a normal user interface.
If this is too difficult for you, then use ready-made solutions: OpenCart, Wordpress + Woocommerce, Prestashop.
