How to create an LLD in zabbix with two SNMP indexes?

Good afternoon,
I need help creating a Zabbix LLD discovery rule for registered ONT GPONs on the switch. For interfaces, i.e. with one changing last index, of course, but how to do it with two? Is it possible? I couldn't figure it out. Thanks in advance.
there is a branch on the switch

1.3.6.1.4.1.27514.1.11.4.1.1.1 - для ont
1.3.6.1.4.1.27514.1.11.4.1.1.3.0.x.y , где x.y - <номер pon-порта коммутатора>.<номер ont>

those. maybe
1.1
1.2
2.1
3.1
3.2
3.3
and so on.. for each ONT -
5 parameters, like this : 11264 uA Temperature :70.16 C[/code]

Did a search on 1.3.6.1.4.1.27514.1.11.4.1.1.24.0.{#SNMPINDEX} it identified 2 digits. But defines a lot of "empty". Detection was made by serial OID and added filters - "add if there is a value" and exclude if SNMPINDEX starts with "0."
everything is ok, it does what it needs to.

You make a template for your switch, in which you either specify all possible options by hand, or add a discovery rule that returns a list of available elements.
