How to create an application based on VUE.JS?

Hello!
There is a site where the following stack is used:
NodeJS + Express
Sql
Vue.js
I want to make an application for Google Play based on the site. Tried using WebView, but the result is not particularly satisfactory - Google does not approve of them. Is it possible, using pure front-end code (Vue.js), to somehow make a full-fledged application?
P.S. back and front communicate with each other via sockets and API.

We ported our application using software like Apache Cordova and PhoneGap. It turned out okay.
