How to create an anonymous site?

I want to create a blog with a personal domain and hosting, but it is desirable that my information is not publicly available (name, address, etc.). As far as I know, such data is stored in whois. I read that the whole thing can be turned off, but they say that before turning off the display, the data is "fixed" by third parties and formed into databases that are either freely available or sold. How can you create an anonymous site, and how else can you protect yourself from "leaking" data into the network? Perhaps there are pitfalls at the stage of selection / purchase / maintenance of a domain and hosting? I would be grateful for an answer.

blindtownblues is mainly concerned with whois, because do you plan to register the domain with your real data? There is a privacy protection option , this is what you need. Instead of your data, the data of the domain registrar company will be displayed. You can enable this option during domain registration, ie. your real data will be visible only to the registrar and hoster/reseller if you are not registering the domain directly.
Example:
https://www.name.com/whois-privacy
https://www.namecheap.com/security/whoisguard.aspx
https://ru.godaddy.com/domainaddon/private-registr...
https registrars and resellers have this option.

Enable privacy protection when ordering a domain, and not after registration. It is better to take a domain in the .com zone. Choose a registrar and hoster carefully, talk to support, see how adequate they are and ready to help the client. Ask questions ahead of time. Look at what data is required for registration, some people want a phone number right away and even scans of documents without good reason can be requested. It is safer to register a domain in one company and buy hosting in another. I can recommend several hosters and registrars. For example , these Germans https://www.sim-networks.com , where privacy protection is free and does not require anything extra, servers have been keeping uptime at 100% for several years. Connect a free Let's Encrypt SSL certificate or buy an entry-level certificate ( Esential SSL ), they are not expensive. Read on Habré How HTTPS secures the connection :what every web developer should know.

register a site for a duck. One minus - if the duck suddenly needs "your" site, she will get it.

For example, you can register an account on Gandi (jurisdiction of France) for some name and address, etc. Buy a domain and simple hosting there. You can pay traditionally, with a credit card - then this will be the only link with your real name. They also accept Bitcoin payments.
So if you access them via Tors/VPNs to hide your original IP; pay with Bitcoins - the site will be relatively anonymous.

@Akellacom

1) Get a VPN
2) Buy passport data
3) Register a domain on them
4) Look for a bulletproof hosting (they say there are excellent ones in North Korea)
5) Host your project
6) Disable all logs on the server

You have two ways:
1) Specify "left data" and hope that there will be no problems with ownership of the domain;
2) Use the "WHOIS Protection" service and hope that the registrar will not disclose your data to anyone else;

Host your resource on the Tor network.
.onion domain names are free and completely anonymous.
Everything else cannot be called anonymous by definition.
