How to create a wordpress plugin using vue cli?

Hello. there is a task to finalize a plugin for wordpress using vue.js.
The whole work of the plugin is to display information received via api where the shortcode will be inserted on the site.
Now in the plugin, the vue components are written using x-templates, but I would like to use the vue cli when developing. I didn’t find any information on how to push vue into the WordPress plugin correctly. If anyone has had a similar experience please let me know.

And you don't need to do anything. We made the logic, then we made the build. But this build has already been put into the plugin
