It is necessary to create a single web face for Telegram / Facebook chat bots.
The concept is as follows: The
chat bot makes a survey of the user, based on the answers, redirects to the right (already live) specialist for consultation.
I would like to have a single web face that would receive messages from different messengers.
There are ready-made solutions for integration (specifically chatbots), and not online consultants on the site. I saw something similar on jivosite.ru and on similar projects, but they forbid doing a bot user survey.
If there are no ready-made solutions, then what is the best way to write in Python?
