How to create a web application in Java with the implementation of the Twitter API?

Dear colleagues!

I'm new to Java, so I apologize in advance for any inaccuracies :)

I need to create a Java web application that implements the Twitter API. The user should be able to log into his account and all his messages should appear in a new window, which he can sort using the keyword. In addition, it should be possible to change the account.

I am working in Eclipse for EE. I figured out Tomcat (how to create a web server), installed Maven and pulled the Spring libraries there.

I understand that this task can be solved using Spring Social Twitter, but I don’t quite understand which side to approach.
